Return & Refund Policy

At BSG Garments, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• With original tags and packaging

Returns are not accepted for worn, washed, damaged, stained, or altered products.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For approved returns, return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
